However, if there are some condition items (like an outdated kitchen or you are in need of a new roof), typically we would work with our clients to provide photos or contractor estimates in lieu of an onsite visit. However, the majority of the protest we settle are normal homes in good working order and we rely on comparable properties to reduce the assessed value, not on pictures.
